Magnesium lotion has many benefits. This lotion  in particular is formulated for a good night’s sleep, promoting relaxation, lowering cortisol, and getting your daily magnesium. 
My magnesium oil is infused with Arnica, which is mostly used for bruising, swelling, or aches & pain. Magnesium and Arnica make the perfect combination. Sleepy Bee Lotion may also help with growing pains for kids and restless legs. 
How to use- Shake well, then apply and massage into legs, feet, or any desired area. You can use this as an every day lotion. A tingling sensation may occur, but not always. It is completely normal and won’t harm you. 
(To avoid any stinging or discomfort, try and keep it out of cuts on the skin)
Ingredients: organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, mango butter, beeswax, cetyl alcohol (emulsifying wax derived from coconut oil), magnesium chloride oil infused with arnica, organic hexane-free castor oil, pure essential oils of Himalayan Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Sweet Orange, & Chamomile.
